More About this Item

These vacuum scroll pumps are an ideal alternative where oil-free pumping is required. Oilless pump operation eliminates the cost and downtime associated with oil changes and oil disposal. The nXDS series pumps feature a bearing shield to isolate the vacuum environment from all forms of lubricant not only making them totally dry, but also protecting the bearing from any process gases. nXDS improves on legacy XDS pumps by offering increased pumping speeds, combined with lower ultimate pressures, lower power consumption, and lower noise.

Operate the pump remotely with the advanced interface providing a variety of traditional and analogue and digital control methods enabling remote control/monitoring via RS-232 or RS-485 communication. The USB port is included for service use only. These vacuum pumps are designed to be completely field serviceable, and the unique tip seal design significantly reduces wear to minimize maintenance and extend service life.

Select pump models are available without gas ballast for applications such as gas recovery. The chemical versions feature perfluoroelastomer internal valves and stainless steel fittings for enhanced protection from corrosive media.

This dry scroll vacuum pump version has no gas ballast, making it more suited for rate gas circulation and gas recovery applications.
