Grinding container lined with Mg-stabilized zirconia ceramic offers high efficiency—about one and one-half times as dense as alumina yet grinds almost as fast as steel. Container consists of steel lid and aluminum dish lined with zirconia ceramic and solid zirconia ceramic puck.
