BabyBio IEC columns come prepacked with WorkBeads™ media, agarose-based chromatographic resins, which provide a tight size distribution and exceptional mechanical stability. Beads in columns maintain high capacity over broad pH ranges. Connect up to five columns in series to process larger sample volumes.
Columns feature biocompatible polypropylene body and polyethylene top and bottom filters. Each column comes with a plug in the inlet and a snap-off end at the outlet. Easily connect to a syringe, pump, or chromatography system using fingertight fittings (coned 10-32) for 1/16" OD tubing.
