Use the orbital sieve shakers for particle size testing of mineral aggregates and for sieve gradation of free-flowing granular materials. The back-and-forth and up/down motions plus tilting action move the testing samples across the entire mesh area of the test sieve to quickly separate the materials. Orbital shakers accommodate from no. 4 to no. 200 material size range but may be used with larger sizes when specifications permit.

Shakers feature a digital timer with a large LED display that can be seen from a distance. Use the countdown timer for operations up to 99 minutes with 1 second increment. Timer includes a pause function and user-selectable modes for great versatility. Easy one-button operation and saved settings offer excellent repeatability between cycles.

Quickly and easily lock in the sieves using the EZ-Clamp system. The sieve cover slides freely up and down the clamp rods to hold sieves in place. A quick twist of the clamping screws secures the stack in place. All mechanical and electrical parts are enclosed in a rugged painted steel case for safety and durability.
