Ultra-low volume back pressure regulators have a swept volume of only 6 µL making it nearly impossible to detect them as part of your fluid pathway. Wetted flow path materials are PEEK, perfluoroelastomer, and ETFE. 1/4-28 flat-bottom fitting accepts 1/16" OD tubing.
