The ABI Digital Vortex Genie® 2 Shaker, designed for Applied Biosystems microplate protocols, provides digital control and display of both speed and time. It offers precise mixing action, repeatability, and reproducibility at all times.

The shaker features both touch and hands-free operation with increased timer range. Shake samples from 1 to 99 seconds in touch mode and 1 to 99 minutes in hands-free mode. Two continuous modes are also available. The continuous touch mode allows for uninterrupted operation until you release pressure on the optional 3” platform or pop-off cup. The hands-free continuous mode allows for unattended operation until you stop the cycle by pressing the start/stop button. The microplate adaptor securely holds 96- and 384-well plates.
Accepts all standard Genie attachments and accessories.
